Ghost Walk Riverside FAQs

What type of Tours are offered?

For 2024, two guided premium tours will be offered that visit locations outside the park. The event will be located at White Park in Riverside. Park-only admission is available and this ticket will have access to self-guided story sites within the park.

Is the event suitable for children?

Yes. Parental Guidance is suggested but will be suitable for most children.

Do children need a ticket?

Yes, all souls are required to have either a tour ticket or carnival admission ticket to enter the school grounds.

When is the event?

The event is Friday and Saturday night on the designated dates each year. The gates open at 5:30pm on Friday night and at 4:00pm on Saturday night and will be closed to new entrants at approximately 9:30pm each night.

Can I have a Private Tour or Group Tour?

Please contact us to see if this is possible. 

How long does it take to go through Ghost Walk?

The tour may take up to 90 minutes for tours outside the park.

What is the walking distance of the event?

Tour walking distances will vary.

Is there free parking available?

Yes. There are several public parking lots/garages in Riverside that are free after 5pm and on weekends.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Yes, most tours will be accessible.

Where can I buy tickets?

While not required, it is encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Ticket info coming soon!

How much are tickets?

$10 for Park Admission Only

$20 for Premium Tours – includes Park Admission

What is your refund policy?

No Refunds. This is a rain or shine event.

Is photo or video allowed?

Photos and Video are not allowed on the tours at Ghost Walk Riverside, but photos may be taken at the carnival, food court and designated photo areas. Please tag us at #GhostWalkRiverside.  

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, strollers are permitted but may have to be left outside of tour stops.

Where is the Carnival?

The Carnival is located within White Park. 

What’s available at the Carnival?

The Carnival will have kids’ carnival games, fun food vendors, boo-tiques, and live entertainment.

Do I need a ticket to get into the Carnival?

Do you have a costume contest?

Yes! We will have a kids’ costume contest in 2024. Refer to the entertainment schedule for times.

Are pets allowed?

Service animals only please. 

Are the characters allowed to touch you?

Our actors are not allowed to touch you and you are not allowed to touch our actors. You may brush up against their costumes or props or come into contact with some of the sets, but you will not be grabbed or pushed. We reserve the right to prosecute any patrons who strike or harm our actors.

What items are prohibited to bring in?

Items NOT allowed into Ghost Walk include, but are not limited to, the following:

Skateboards
Backpacks
Large Bags
Pets
Weapons
Props
Alcohol
Cameras
Laser Pointers
Flashlights
Food or Beverage

There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside our gates or in our lines.

Will there be smoke, strobe lights, special effects?

YES! This attraction may contain smoke, strobe lights and special effects which may not be suitable for people with heart conditions or prone to seizures. Attraction may include the use of fog juice as well.

Is re-entry allowed?

Tour tickets are good for the purchased tour and time only. Re-entry is not allowed for park admission tickets.
